Dr. Clarisa Smith
Dr. Clarisa Smith is a board certified pediatrician and owner of Yavapai Pediatrics. She is originally from Southern Arizona. Her, her husband, Jason and their two kids, Iliana and Jase, currently reside in Dewey, AZ. They are all avid lovers of the outdoors; mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and just plain loving nature.
Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Arizona in 1998 with a Bachelors in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She then went on to attend the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and graduated in 2004. Dr. Smith completed a Pediatric Residency at the University of Arizona in 2007. Following her residency she was stationed at Travis Air Force Base where she served her country for 4 years as an active duty Pediatrician in the Air Force. Dr. Smith moved to the Prescott Valley area in 2011 where she has continued to serve the community as a Pediatrician with full privileges at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. In August 2013, Dr. Smith founded Yavapai Pediatrics.
Dr. Smith has a strong passion for her patient’s physical and mental well-being. In 2016 she completed training with Phoenix Children’s Developmental Pediatrics Division in the early diagnosis of Autism. Among others, she see’s patients with developmental and behavioral concerns and is able to provide them with an accurate diagnosis and invaluable resources. This journey has spurred her interest in the management and treatment of mental and behavioral health. Dr. Smith strives to assist her patients and others in maintaining wellness, balance and joy in their lives.

Eric Dela Cruz, RN
Eric has been a nurse for 8 years. His primary focus is interpersonal relationships and patient satisfaction. He loves nursing and has a knack for mental health wellness. Being able to care for others is his greatest value. Eric’s motto is “Nursing isn’t what I do, It’s who I am”.

Shannyn Werra, RN
Shannyn is a Wisconsin native and mother of two. She has spent the last 6 years working in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum as well as high risk OB. She is excited to assist patients with IV therapy in the comfort of their home where they can be in a relaxing environment.

Linda Bond, RN
Linda has been an RN for 30 years. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to work in many different facets of nursing but her favorite is working with patients and hearing their different life stories. She’s a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Kelsey Kerzie
Kelsey has been in the medical field for over 10 years. She has worked as phlebotomist for most of that time but understands that the background work is what keeps everything going. She enjoys spending time with her little boy and her husband.

Amiah Stewart
Amiah is a recent high school graduate. She is passionate about skin care and health and wellness. One of her dreams is to be a personal trainer or an aesthetician. In her free time she loves practicing her makeup application and spending time with family.
